All of the Tata Group’s online shopping initiatives, including Big Basket, Tata Neu, and Croma, will be managed by Tata Digital as the sole entity.
The international conglomerate also intends to move Tata UniStore, the holding company that owns and controls the Tata Cliq e-commerce platform that focuses on fashion and luxury, under Tata Digital.
