TCS to acquire Postbank Systems from Deutsche Bank

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will be acquiring 100% of the shares of Postbank Systems, the IT unit of Deutsche Bank by the end of the year and all the 1,500 Postbank employees will be a part of TCS. This move can be seen as a part of Deutsche Bank CEO Christian Sewing’s ambitious job-cutting target in which he plans to cut 18,000 jobs.
