We keep introducing new startups to readers of NextBigWhat.com and here is the next installment. Unlike the regular startups, the startups discussed here are started by a bunch of students.
WebVastra: Started by 5 students from IIT Kharagpur, WebVastra is a simple to use T-shirt customization site (with predefined catchy designs). The USP of webVastra is the customization of T shirts which are sourced from the export house from Tirupur, TN and comes at a pretty cheap cost (Rs. 260+ shipping cost).
Coveman: is a a personal organizer for its users wherein they can go and create their resumes, business cards, diaries, blogs, address books, schedules etc. Users can download/mail the same from the site as well. Manish, the founder states “this is a very new concept combining two of the most important facets of the Internet, convenience and information”.

What impresses me the most is these guy’s entrepreneurial and “lets do it” attitude – right when they are in their college years. (I am sure big number recruiters like Infy will get worried with the new new entrepreneurial drive in Indian techies!]
