Elon Musk is looking for new Twitter investors at $54.20 per share

Jared Birchall, Musk’s money manager, contacted potential investors, offering shares of Twitter at the same price Musk paid to take the firm private in October—$54.20.

Ross Gerber, a Tesla investor who claimed to have contributed less than $1 million to Musk’s initial acquisition of Twitter, acknowledged that he was contacted about a potential new investment round at the $44 billion valuation.
