130,000 UK businesses that lost ad revenue due to Google’s anticompetitive nature file lawsuit

A class action lawsuit seeking £13.6 billion against Alphabet and Google accuses them of abusing their dominating position in online advertising to make billions at the expense of smaller businesses in the UK.

Smaller companies, including publishers and online apps that sell ad space, have allegedly suffered up to a 40% loss as a result of the company’s anticompetitive actions.
